	Rooms		Common room
	The KRUMLOV PENZION offers 14 cosy rooms, rated as the three-star category. Our rooms are equipped with a closet, wardrobe with a mirror, clothes-rack, shoe-cabinet, a desk with internet connection, dressing table, armchair, LCD TV set and a radio. Rooms are 14 – 16 m2 large. There are 90 x 90 cm shower cabinets in bathrooms, WC, wash-basin, dryer and designer hotel accessories. Bathroom area is 4-5 m2.		Common room is really spacious. It is 100 m2 large and is at the guests‘ disposal any time. Breakfast is in a form of buffet. The room can be converted into a conference room holding 28 people. A bar and a play-corner are a part of the room. There are also refrigerators for beverages and a wide selection of indigenous and foreign wines. Right from the room, you may enter onto the roofed patio, a wonderful place for relax in summer time.

	Patio - Garden		Why to stay right here?
	The patio is accessible from the common room. There are 18 seating places where you can spend summer evenings over a glass of delicious wine. The garden with climbing frames for children is connected to the patio, so parents can sit back and still have their kids within eyeshot. In the garden there is also a shallow natural streamlet especially the youngest visitors will enthuse about.		- All rooms meet the *** standard; - Reasonable ratio of quality/price; - Beds with a top-quality mattresses; - Have you ever heard your neighbors talk through a paper-thin hotel wall?! 	Storage room		Parking lot
	You can shelter your bikes, golf bags or ski equipment in here. There is also a brick garden shed, so we are ready even for a larger groups of ardent sportsmen.		A parking lot for 16 cars with lockable automatic gate is on the guest house plot. The whole area including the parking lot is fenced round. A covered shelter for motorcycles is a part of the parking lot.
